M.W. VanderVeen Company was founded as a small general construction firm. Our major initiatives involve commercial and multi-family residential building projects, which are primarily located throughout Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin. Our company has provided owner representation services for construction totaling over $200 million throughout Southwest Michigan since 2002. We partner with the owner, architect and general contractor to assure successful project execution.

James Chadderdon

James Chadderdon is a lifelong resident of Southwest Michigan. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a BBA degree in Accountancy. As the Treasurer, he is responsible for all Accounting and IT functions of M. W. VanderVeen Company and the properties managed by the company. He has 40 years of experience throughout the construction industry and property management accounting.
